The Distinguished Lecture Series is IIF’s premier seminar series, offering members access to learn from and interact with eminent scholars from all across the forecasting discipline. It primarily aims at an academic audience and typically comprises four thematically related seminars showcasing the latest cutting-edge research of the Distinguished Lectures. While live sessions are only accessible to IIF members, all Distinguished Lecture Series are recorded, irrespective of whether they take place in person or in the form of a webinar. They are later published on the IIF’s YouTube channel @IIForecasters, thereby serving the wider forecasting community.
