This year’s theme will be Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Forecasting: Innovations to Drive Profitable Growth. Many companies are recognizing that what we now call S&OP or IBP is falling well short of delivering the value that organizations need and expect. While it continues to fortify supply-and-demand balancing, IBP should also be a process for aligning strategic, financial, operational, and commercial outcomes.

The conference will examine why truly integrated processes are difficult to achieve and what organizations can do to overcome the barriers.
