Mike Gilliland, Product Marketing Manager for SAS Forecasting software, has written a 12 part blog series on Changing the paradigm for business forecasting.

Last week Mike delivered the opening keynote at the Foresight Practitioner Conference — a unique event with a theme of “Worst Practices in Business Forecasting.” His 12-part blog series, based on that keynote, advocates a change from an offensive to a defensive paradigm for business forecasting.
