The 18th IIF Workshop took place in Milano, Italy on May 12-13. The workshop was organized by Politecnico di Milano, in collaboration with the IIF on the topic of “Forecasting New Products and Services: Research and Applications.” The workshop’s goal was to stimulate forecasting research in the area of New Products and Services Forecasting.
